Cancellation & Refund Policies

  • After 5 days from registration – FULL REFUND
  • Cancellations received after the rate availed deadline will be partially refunded with 50%.
  • After registration deadline of the particular rate availed – PARTIAL REFUND
  • Cancellations received after the rate availed deadline will be partially refunded with 50%.
  • One week before, the day of, or after an event – NO REFUND
  • Cancellations received the week before (7days prior to the event), the day of, or after an event will not be eligible for a refund.

General Policies

Attendee substitutions for the originally booked event may be made until the week before the event commences.

Registrations can be cancelled AND transferred to another Investhusiasts event in line with the policy above within one year from the date of payment.

All cancellations and changes must be forwarded in writing, by email, to the relevant event contact. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of cancellation via the same method used for payment.

  • Registration means online signup and complete payment
  • Signup means signing up for the event only, without payment yet

Maximum Payment Refund

Full payment, less 5% transaction charges, will be refunded if cancellation of event booking is received and confirmed at least 45 days prior to the event.

Partial Refund

50% of full payment, less 5% transaction charges, will be refunded if cancellation of event booking is received and confirmed at least 21 days and not more than 45 days prior to the event. The event day itself will be included in the counting of 21 days.

No Refund

No refund will be provided if cancellation of event booking is received and confirmed on the following instances:

  • within 20 days prior to the event; or
  • on the date of the event itself; or
  • the date after event.

The event day itself will be included in the counting of 20 days.

Event Booking Transfers

Booking can be transferred to any registered individual (guest or Investhusiast), at least 7 days prior to the event upon receipt and confirmation of request. A registered individual is deemed to be a person who has an account on the Investhusiasts website.

General Terms

  1. All cancellation and transfer requests should be sent to wecare@investhusiasts.com
  2. The event day itself will be included in the counting of the number of days.
  3. Days refer to calendar days.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days and will be reversed back to the original method of payment or to other mode of payments as per discretion of the company.
